Multi-disciplinary artist Yannick Verhoeven, better known as Ramses3000, is a man of many guises and an anchor in Tilburgs electronic music scene. By refining his musical craft for years, whether as a member of collective Cairo Liberation Front or playing with new-rave act Coloray, he has proven to be an inventive face in the realm of alternative dance music. With his renowned debut album ‘Nadja’, named after the famous novel of André Breton on the French surrealist movement, Yannick seamlessly fuses his electronic sound, ranging from afrobeat, breakbeat or nu-jazz, with the works of seven French-African poets, writers and rappers. With textured sounds and unifying records, Ramses creates a special and welcoming atmosphere in every venue he visits.

As part of the Send // Return X Freaky Dancing residency, in which producers will create a new collaborative liveshow in the span of three days in Utrecht’s esteemed synthesizer studio Sonar Traffic, he will do a joint live set with Tala Drum Corps.
